Resin Restarts when class files or Servlets are uploaded

When we upload a .class file or a servlet to the server, the webserver restarts. This does not happen when we upload a JSP. Is there a way to configure Resin so that it dynamically loads the class without restarting the web server?

If I have a website at myFirstDomain.com/dir/, is it possible to get mySecondDomain.com to point to myFirstDomain.com/dir/ so that when users browse at the directed site, they only see mySecondDomain.com/potentialSubDirFromMyFirstDomain/ or how does it work?

Typical PHP socket functionality is synchronous, and halts the thread when waiting for incoming connections and data. (eg. socket_read and socket_listen) How do I do the same asynchronously? so I can respond to data in a data received event, instead of polling for data, etc.
